General Overview

Ríe Retreats is a creative travel club for women-identifying creatives, designed to foster community, creativity, and cultural exploration. By joining our retreats, you commit to engaging in activities that align with our mission to consume less, create more, and connect meaningfully with others and local cultures.

Eligibility and Participation

Our retreats are open to individuals who identify as women and are at least 21 years old. Participants must ensure they are physically and mentally prepared for the retreat activities. Any specific needs should be disclosed in advance to accommodate them appropriately. All participants must adhere to our Community Guidelines to maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment.

Booking and Payment

A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. Full payment must be made by the specified deadline. Failure to pay may result in forfeiture of your spot. Cancellation policies vary by retreat and will be clearly outlined in booking documents. Refunds (if applicable) are subject to the terms outlined in your booking agreement.

Retreat Activities

Retreats are structured to encourage creative expression and collaboration. Participants are expected to engage respectfully in all planned activities. While we strive to adhere to the retreat schedule, activities may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather or local considerations. Participants must respect local cultures, customs, and traditions in all interactions during the retreat.

Liability and Responsibilities

All participants are urged to have valid travel insurance covering health, accidents, and cancellations. Ríe Retreats is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings during the retreat. Participants agree to release Ríe Retreats from liability for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during the retreat, except in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

Privacy and Data Protection

Information collected during booking will be used solely for retreat organization and communication purposes. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details. Participants consent to Ríe Retreats using photographs or videos taken during the retreat for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be included, please inform us in advance.

Termination of Participation

Ríe Retreats reserves the right to terminate a participant’s involvement in a retreat if their behavior is deemed harmful, disruptive, or in violation of our Community Guidelines or these Terms and Conditions. In such cases, no refund will be provided.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

Ríe Retreats reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions as necessary. Participants will be notified of any significant changes before they take effect.
