For the week, we’re making this masseria our home. Miami-born creative producer and photographer Kourtney Lohn is the founder of Ríe Retreats, a global travel club for artists seeking inspiration, connection, and creative freedom. With over ten years of experience across London, New York, and Miami, her work spans campaign production, visual storytelling, and community-led marketing.
Kourtney’s photography and strategy work have shaped campaigns for brands in fashion, lifestyle, and music. Her passion for art, culture, and creative wellness led her to launch Ríe, a space for young creatives to break from burnout and rediscover their joy.
As your retreat host, Kourtney brings a deep love for storytelling, travel, and human connection. With her guidance, you’ll be immersed in local culture, inspired by like-minded creatives, and supported as you reconnect with your creative spark in the most vibrant corners of the world.

From the fast-paced world of finance to the restorative power of sound, Lilly Nicolosi’s journey is one of homecoming. Drawing on her east African and Sicilian heritage, she facilitates immersive sound baths that serve as a sanctuary for the modern soul. Lilly is a certified sound healing practitioner and founder of Free Spirit Crazy Diamond, a holistic wellness space rooted in sound, crystal healing, and herbal alchemy.
While working in the corporate world, she remained deeply devoted to the practices of rest, reflection, and ritual, where sound healing eventually became the bridge between her professional background and the deeper calling she felt within. Working with crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other therapeutic instruments, Lilly guides immersive sound journeys designed to regulate the nervous system, ease tension, and invite the body into profound relaxation.
